Noel no Yoru Noel no Yoru is a song by the Japanese girl idol group AKB48. As of December 2015, the group has expanded to include more than 130 members aged from their early teens to their mid-20s. AKB48s producer, Yasushi Akimoto, wanted to form a girl group with its own theater (unlike pop groups performing occasional concerts and seen on television) and performing daily so fans could always see them live. And Noel no Yoru is from their 24th major single Ue Kara Mariko released on December 7, 2011. It has sold 959,280 copies on its first day and later on sold over 1 million by the end of its first week making it the fourth most successful single from the group to sell over a million.
